It's a small team 4 members, job is secured. Company growth is good having a 4% growth in net profit p.a. It is my father's company, but he is a very calm and understanding entrepreneur. He gives us tasks and makes targets for us. Work-life in this was balanced.

Dislikes

Working in a company is always great while an entrepreneur guides you. No diversification and low opportunity in the product line in which we were dealing. Finance requirement had doubled with time and we were slow and using Orthodox rules.

Work Details

Working under my father, my responsibility was from pen to peon. I had to write cheques and get it signed, billing, accounts, finance, sales and purchase. My role was to buy the most premium product at cheaper price and market it and sell at good prices
