New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. It's a small team 4 members, job is secured. Company growth is good having a 4% growth in net profit p.a. It is my father's company, but he is a very calm and understanding entrepreneur. He gives us tasks and makes targets for us. Work-life in this was balanced.

Working in a company is always great while an entrepreneur guides you. No diversification and low opportunity in the product line in which we were dealing. Finance requirement had doubled with time and we were slow and using Orthodox rules.
