The company is a great platform to learn new things.. It’s gives you exposure as a result you learn a lot in a short span of time. The overall culture is also good. My manager helps me most of times and gives me challenging roles daily. The company has been very careful and helpful on all related covid issues. No deduction in any salary in fact they helped us get my family and me vaccinated like other team members. Things like these really make you feel happy and satisfied...Read More

Dislikes

I feel there is always a sense of urgency in Everything. BD team pick projects in some short timeline and pressure goes on design and execution. So lot of pressure is there. Salary structure can be much better and also.

Work Details

Lot of leaning. Any young engineer or executive who wants to learn Hartek is good company u can join any of their verticals or units

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
