Job security is good but work culture is very poor as they want extra work of other fields also example if i am working as a designer but they want the work of designer, and of another 4 fields. Because of this their is so much headache and no work life balance.

The company is a great platform to learn new things.. It’s gives you exposure as a result you learn a lot in a short span of time. The overall culture is also good. My manager helps me most of times and gives me challenging roles daily. The company has been very careful and helpful on all related covid issues. I feel there is always a sense of urgency in Everything. BD team pick projects in some short timeline and pressure goes on design and execution. So lot of pressure is there. Salary structure can be much better and also.
