Role & responsibilities
1) Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for Power Distribution Products.
2) Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area.
3) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
4) Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
5) Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
6) Identify and qualify potential leads through market research and networking.
7) Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements.
8) Negotiate offers and terms to secure successful deals.
9) Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
10) Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, customer service, and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

1) Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and panel applications.
2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
