Top managment is very good , salery is on time ,supplier payment on time,Increment on time.

Purchase head mr.shah is too much political person , 8 resign during 6 months ,no HR policy ,if you raised complain then you will be enemy for them, no family life balanced whole old system.Going time fixed out time not fixed , if you want to join harsha then please join any other department insted of purchase. And if still join then its on your risk.
