Discipline which most of the company's are lacking - it is a work place not a playground to pass your time without doing anything and then compliant - show your dedication, Be on time, do your work completely with passion - which is requested in all the companies - where as few companies they say to be discipline but from harmony either you look for an easy option else where or get job or you will be disciplined how to work...Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
