You are safe in Harman connected services as long as you are billable employee! Once you come on bench, they do not have any upskilling programe or encouragement to shift people to other domains. While joining they would give you lots of promises but once you're done with your project, they would show you their true colours! Pune office is shit in terms of management in storage and cloud. teammates mostly senior were political and favoring locals only, no career growth in harman connected services especailly Pune office. Job security is zero once you are on bench, no upskilling program being such a large organization.
