1. Volume of work per engineer , as there are half of the people in every team 2.Supportive leader to call you everyday at office to escape from home

Dislikes

1. No work life balance 2. 7 days office 3.It is basically a hardware company who served different client and in continuous fear of losing client , so pushing engineers to finish 1 day job at 1 hour

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
