Likes

Good company to start career and reach to higher level but not in IT.. Except IT all the projects are good..

Dislikes

Over all it's a good company but IT department is worst because of manager. Manager is a drinker and partial towards employees.Always threaten employees, behavioral is too bad with employees.. My suggestion is don't join in IT at Harman Bangalore..

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
