No any one facility for employee. Engeneer also shift drums and bags ,tratment for all employee is very bad . After joining remember all these things . HR department is like Satta Bazar ( Matka) . In First Shift 7 to 15 but in Harman no fix time shift like 7 amto 18.pm

Owner of the company is gentleman but people around are not willing to develop. Production oriented company and no basic facilities like canteen or seating place for meal are not provided. Tea coffee is not given to employees

On time salary

Dislikes

No free canteen. During audit period you have to work for extra hours but nobody will ask you for snack, tea or transportation. Health Insurance is for self and spouse only. You will get salary increment first but increment letter after three or four months.

Cooperative staff (except for middle higher management) helping HR very good, kind Owner

Current culture is getting bad day by day as middle higher management is biased and arbitrary. Flatterer will enjoy their stay here.
