Except finance other department having good working culture, Manager are not supportive also higher management doesn't have long term vision, No job security in the co., Company policies are good for stores not for RSG people, nominal hike every year, favouritism in the team and they only get appreciation and promotion.

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow in finance it is not happening, people working from 10-20 years are still DM and Manager. No training provided to the people.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure was high. Sometimes had to work 12-14 hours straight in a day.
