The organization wants to grow and give growth opportunities at junior management level. A lot of emphasis on employee training to gain new and improve on existing skillsets.

Dislikes

The way management works is not up to the mark so no good results were seen for the time I worked there. Lot of politics in giving out promotions. Compensation is average. Skip level meetings are conducted but feedback is not kept confidential and is leaked out,

Work Details

Worked in Quality department. The KRA's were not clearly defined and had to also work as trainer and handle the floor as well. Quality department changed its style of working frequently due to which results were difficult to get.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
