I worked with chemistry department of the institution. The head of the department and other department staff was so cooperative.

Dislikes

Administration of the college do not respect their ad-hoc staff and has no value of the services paid by the latter.

My job of teaching, for which I was appointed, is interesting but the extra services they take from their ad-hoc staff for which they don't even pay, is quite pathetic.

Work ambience was good. Felt great to guide the young generation. Famous institution and Management was good. Cooperative colleagues and exposure to NAAC . Overall great working in HMV.

Dislikes

The job was on contract and have to appear for an interview every year even after giving our best.
