Give you salary in three Parts like you November month salary part 3 comes in mid Jan. and Jan in march 3. Work life balance sucks every time ask to work on weekends 5. its not regular 9 to 6 job. you have to work 9-10 and if urgent issue you can get a call midnight 2-3 am. 6.
