Try to Ignore .But lots of Negative So I Can't. Negative Points:-- 1. Never Give you salary on time. 2. Give you salary in three Parts like you November month salary part 3 comes in mid Jan. and Jan in march 3. Work life balance sucks every time ask to work on weekends 5. its not regular 9 to 6 job. you have to work 9-10 and if urgent issue you can get a call midnight 2-3 am. 6. Even on Festival holidays you have to work. 7. No any kind of bonus and appraisal lots of points.....Soon...Read More
