Nothing. There is nothing to like about this company apart from few good colleagues.

Dislikes

The management and HR are too toxic. They know they are doing wrong, the HRs know that they are doing wrong, the people know everything is wrong, and still no one is doing anything about it. There is a bad culture of blame. Miss a deadline, the management people will come running after you, and you will be on a watchlist. No matter how good you are, you will always be on the watchlist. And if you join now, be ready to get fired anytime. Thank god I was fired and I found a much better opportunity right after my exit. Management advice: Long meetings will take you down one day, as they are bugs, not features....Read More
