Nothing special, you need a god father to get promotion, your sincerity and talent at work doesn't count, you can't apply for position within department or abroad in halliburton. Because manager never release and employees never know the reason for rejections of our application. You need a god father to get hired or to get promoted, that i have seen in mumbai office at taloja, under leadership of Mr Rajshakaran of sperry department. Procedures are not followed only they are concern about monthly budget.
