Only compensation is good nothing else

No work life balance, too much workload, no backup person, cannot take a day off otherwise you won't be able to manage your work at all, no support from management & supervisor

Work Details

There is no work life balance at all in Halliburton. We have to work for 12 hrs. a day. Too much workload and no backup person at all. You are not allowed to take leave not even for 1 day otherwise you will suffer a lot.
