Tech Procurement Category leadership in UK is extremely bad. If I take my experience, I used to be frequently bullied by my leader. Heavily understaffed, if you work in procurement category team you would always be overloaded with work and unreasonable deadlines. They won't listed if you raise your concern but will ask you to prioritize 20 things for a week which is a joke. They would interview on few skill set however after joining they would complain that you don't have the required skillset so would be added in your PDP and would be bullied. Lack of Work life balance and mental peace is a joke here<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Very toxic work culture in Procurement team, as per my experience</mark>.
