Nothing much to like about it. Work culture is okayish I would say. Not many new learnings despite being in the management trainee program. It is just about doing the work you have been assigned. Some people are helpful but most of them are not.

Dislikes

Less scope for growth. You can grow only if you do something exceptional. The communication between the lower-level employees and the top management is zero. Even after numerous complaints about not getting proper training, HRs don't escalate the matter to the administration. Decision-making is centralized and very stubborn as it is a family-owned business.

I felt very good working in Haldirams company. The best thing is that I got to learn a lot of new things and the management also supported me a lot. If I had any problem, the management supported me.

Manpower handling and food safety, personal hedging, product quality and machine breakdown ......... problems had to be dealt with and with the support of management, good production could be brought out
