Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive but management is not transparent.Company policies are not good.They give not good salary hike but they give bonus every year.

1. No regular trainings. 2. Job Security : There is no job security , there is not believe that your are coming office in morning and your kick off before evening without further notice. 3. Career Growth - For career growth perspective there is no chance of growth if you are not in favorite list of management. 4. Salary/Appraisal : No proper criteria for Salary , its depend how favorite you are. 5. Growing company with good company policies. Very Good Management at top.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics by the new team joining at higher levels over the existing/old employees. Dissatisfaction by the way of working required now as it is not company efficient rather just rationalising individual efforts and benefits.
