Offlate, there have been many changes in the middle management of the organization and the newly promoted ones at this layer are not too mature for the role and are unable to handle the responsibilities. Also, job security has now become a concern as HR blindly follows what management has to say. HR function is not autonomous any more.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
