There is no opportunity about growing future, the sr. management not take care about employees family and future. They are given salary every four month latter, etc... ( I am talk about UDAYPUR REGION only)

Am i join the company as Asst. Manager Safety dated 23rd April, 2013 and left 2018, February, They give promotion Dy. Manager Safety, got two time increment in between duration, i have complete three big size project (J K Lakshmi Cement Limited, Durg,)
