Big organization huge learning options available due to almost all types of clients are available. Flexible loaning policies and huge no of branches due to which clients artract to the said organization

Poor benefits no bonus very harsh for employees. Huge pressure for target, un realistic target approach, employees are treated as Nil as they think their brand is every thing. Poor atmosphere for employees

I enjoyed my so far journey with HBL comprises of almost 12 years. Started very early immediately after my graduation from zero level as Cash Officer and within a short span of 10' years I become MANAGER-II purely on merit , which itself speaks it meritocracy and transparency leading to its mission and vision.Though my services wereterminated through an organised conspiracy but still I will rate HBL as top brand of the ERA from south pole to North pole. Job security is an issue not only for HBL but for the whole private sector especially after enforcement of "WOMEN PROTECTION ACT" & WHISTLE BLOW which are being used against its essence and spirit specially in remote areas where Gender specific culture is in vogue at large.

Its HBL who actually makes me to perform what I performed. Human development resultantly paid to HBL and its workfoce is matchless in the market.
