The company's MD is a good person but sometimes it gets bad. Stable job ( except sometimes) Staff salary payments is on time. Reachable office.

Dislikes

Delay in petty contractors payments sometimes. On-site staff / seniors not responding well to juniors. No hike or incentives. Average or less staff salary.

Worst company I have ever seen. Thye can't pay your salary on time , but I am 100% sure thye can't give your all money pressurised you every time.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
