Old and Employees who belongs to Rajasthan take granted for everything. They are having major ego problem. Mostly trying to clear & clean documents related to their department मतलब बस मेरे टीम पर कोई बात ना आए बाकी काम हो या हो ना हो या चाहे कितना भी नुकसान हो जाए।

Everything because management is very bad .They promise a lot for everything but deliver nothing . They will convince you to give Variable pay as part of your CTC but will never give you a single Penney out of it . They have very strict timings. They will never give you any money for your Earned leave. Especially HR policies are very bad. There behaviour is also rude.

It was a very good and best construction company, and i was working here as an Sr IT Executive, It was currently my 10 month, which going better till now. Company all accommodation and all things are fine as well as company all head staffs also fine, something need to i.mprove is transportation and employees benefits more, otherwise it was an excellent company in this period 2023.

All company policies and procedures are good. As well as we should implement some policies for site execution work at ground level instead of micro management.

Some people are moving after seeing the face value instead of Company Norms so that its seeking little bit team work is lacking there, its effect on the monthly achievement progress.

Standard operation procedure of HGIEL is not up to mark and it doesn't suits for the infrastructure works especially like NH works. The main reason is that, the work atmosphere is with live traffic and adjacent to urban and rural areas. Some liberance and need to have good bonding with the people's and local administration. I worked at HG for 1.6 years, and I didn't get a single rupee increment. Why? I completed 19 crore PQC in Ganga 6 packages, and on top of that, I was transferred to 3 different sites. Everyone keeps telling me, "Work for another 2 months, then we’ll evaluate your performance and consider it." This is nothing but office politics. That's why I quit.

Sunday duty and unhygienic tasteless food at site, during rainy season employee gets fired without any notice ranging from workers level to manager level but within next day same designation gets available by the hr dept on linked in

For freshers company is doing vey good. Company is providing it's initial training at different sites so that trainee can gain more knowledge & exposure during training period.

There isn't any dislike but one thing is bad in construction field that you will have to work on sunday also there isn't any holiday in week.

HG Infra Engineering Limited is a very good company in the infra sector, I am glad to be a part of the HGIEL Family. Everyone lives like a family and works for the company like their own family. I was an employee of a government company (worked as a contractual employee 6 year long time)left and joined HG Infra Engineering Limited. Here everyone works like a team. The company also gives many benefits for employees .The upper management is very helpful and understands every problems of the employee. Its has been one month since i am joined HG Infra.
