Management behavior and the way they support. and thare are no internal growth path for old colleges.

It's pretty well but we don't have less hour in team but maximum hour in management team so in results we are suffering from lot of work presure and our SMT not support us they always say that you should request us but we are working for h&m

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which u cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The job is quite interesting,! I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

The company is good for personality development due to various training and workshop. Work life balance is quite appropriate. Few managers are good to work with due to their open mindedness to accept new people and who have a thought process to give opportunities for talent development

Dislikes

Environment was quite friendly while I joined 5 years back. Gradually it deteriorated due to selective managers who exploited the whole company values and spoilt the culture. They wouldn't follow their own words and values became culture for employees only. No career growth due to flat organization and internal politics.

persons in management group are not so good now. As earlier company was willing to look for people with talents and let them grow to the next level. But now as the management is changing day by day. all management people have started ignoring the real talents and have started to prefer the references .

I am a member of H&M since 2016. I like their 7 values, health & safety, working environment, And the organization never doing percialiti to anyone.. Very faster career growths which is best plus point for this company. Salary wages are satisfactory, also H&M gives Rs.9000/-thousands in every quarter month for their dressing. I had got chance to travel different cities to support new teams for their new store in India, H&M doesn't enter fair in your personal dressing style.. You can wear whatever you like.
