Work life balance is great for poeple working at sales floor (sales advisor) for management its hectic as they are being accoutable and responsible for everything, they feel restricted and over burdened with responsibilities. Company culture is good compared to all the brands in the market. Attrition is constantly rising as the growth inside company is quite low. Limited positions after you reach Store manager. But good growth from sales advisor position. Salary compared to market is bit bit better. E mployee Engagement at workplace is great. Dislikes

Growth is stagnant. Not much of learning and development. Technology used to facilitate store employee and customer is not good. Salaries and appraisals are average. People are based out at out stations stores despite having store in their home locations.

Irrespective good salary, rest all ruins here. Compare to swedan, the culture here in India is completely different. A huge sorrow
