I like the work culture at Gyanarthi as I get a lot of freedom when it comes to teaching the students. I always got appreciated by superiors.

The personal growth is good.The company policies are good and very transparent. The appraisals are very good and the percentage of the appraisals are excellent. The teammates are very helpful.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the old employees play a major role in that especially the senior faculty. The management should look into this matter as it is costing them good employees. I quit my job because of the politics. Few of them are very insecure and play a major role.

Work Details

My overall experience was very good. I got good appraisals and salary hike every year.I learned a lot under my management.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
