Work from home customer service role and free bread and butter in pantry

Dislikes

daily threats to lose your job if you do not meet a weekly quality score. Quality team consists of all women who are not equipped with any skills related to quality management. Customer Success Manager managing the CS team is not someone you would not get into a bad conversation with at least once a week. Terrible company to work with. Only good for women with kids who have no career goals.
