The production head, Kiran’s performance and management style is questionable. It has become increasingly evident that she operates as a family leader than as a corporate professional, creating a work environment that prioritizes personal relationships over merit. Her inefficiency is compounded by her tendency to shield those who are close to her, such as her work-daughter,Ruchika(embroidery-sampling-head) and her work-son,Nasir(embroidery head). The Family-centric approach has led to a lack of accountability and transparency, ultimately affecting overall productivity. Rather than fostering a culture of professionalism, she seems more focused on promoting individuals based on personal connections, rather than actual performance. Her attempts to highlight certain team members to the management through exaggerated praise and pseudo-qualities are concerning. This not only undermines true talents but also skews the perception and performance of the team. The environment has become where favouritism prevails, and those who choose to flatter her or become her family members, find their needs’ met. I have worked in this organisation for quite some time now. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by unethical practices and blatant favouritism. It is surprising to see that this organisation does not adhere to basic professional standards, such as the policy against family members working in the same team. For instance, the vector artists’ lead and his wife is working in the same department, which raises serious concerns about bias and professionalism. Moreover, one of the HR executives is having a relationship with one of the members of the QD-EDD team, the director engaging in an extramarital affair with one of the sampling-artist, and the embroidery production lead is having a handsome number of family members in his team . It is troubling to witness such behaviour going unchecked, specially when it directly affects the team dynamics and morale. These practices creates an unfair environment for other members of the teams. What’s particularly troubling is that if anyone attempts to speak out against these practices, they are often targeted, facing retaliation that can lead to their dismissal. Even if some of the issues are addressed, new issues continue to emerge and remain unchecked. All these unchecked practices creates mental pressure and fear on others, and makes it a very toxic environment to be in. employee appraisal plans not available . Uncertain increments. Horrible hr. Never lets us speak. Always politics with production head. Favours some people. Retains unskilled candidates and kicks out people who speaks up. Remote location even medicine stores not there. Too much politics.

UK based, so seemed to be better. But ONLY SEEMED. Its horrible! Specially its Indian management. The Hr is a sweet talker and the production head is just in for benefits. Such a remote location, and office doesn’t provide transportation facilities. People are just into politics. The admin person is jack of all trades and is horrible at all the trades. Very inefficient, yet retains his job. They hire people with no initial knowledge (of the work they are hired for) and attempts to train them from the basics, that degrades the efficiency of the work. Safety is a concern, no medicines stores available, no food stores available nearby, canteen food is not edible. cost-cutting everywhere, but heads of some teams are provided food from local restaurants. This company is very bad. There is no clear rule for salary increase. Only people who is friendly with the production head get salary hike easily. If you don’t please her, you will never get a raise. They don’t care about your work or experience. Always politics and favouritism.Some people pretend to resign just to get a salary hikeand more than one time.
