Remote location. Overcrowded busses and travel facilities are only provided to a few favoured teams. Biased management. Excessive work politics. Engaging with management is challenging; conversations feel public, discouraging open and honest dialogue. No regular increment plan, leaving employees uncertain about the financial growthand career advancement. Company doesn’t even cover half of PPF. Food availability is very bad. I have worked in this organisation for quite some time now. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by unethical practices and blatant favouritism. It is surprising to see that this organisation does not adhere to basic professional standards, such as the policy against family members working in the same team. For instance, the vector artists’ lead and his wife is working in the same department, which raises serious concerns about bias and professionalism. Moreover, one of the HR executives is having a relationship with one of the members of the QD-EDD team, the director engaging in an extramarital affair with one of the sampling-artist, and the embroidery production lead is having a handsome number of family members in his team . It is troubling to witness such behaviour going unchecked, specially when it directly affects the team dynamics and morale. These practices creates an unfair environment for other members of the teams. What’s particularly troubling is that if anyone attempts to speak out against these practices, they are often targeted, facing retaliation that can lead to their dismissal. Even if some of the issues are addressed, new issues continue to emerge and remain unchecked. All these unchecked practices creates mental pressure and fear on others, and makes it a very toxic environment to be in. UK based, so seemed to be better. But ONLY SEEMED. Its horrible! Specially its Indian management. The Hr is a sweet talker and the production head is just in for benefits. Such a remote location, and office doesn’t provide transportation facilities. People are just into politics. The admin person is jack of all trades and is horrible at all the trades. Very inefficient, yet retains his job. They hire people with no initial knowledge (of the work they are hired for) and attempts to train them from the basics, that degrades the efficiency of the work. Safety is a concern, no medicines stores available, no food stores available nearby, canteen food is not edible. cost-cutting everywhere, but heads of some teams are provided food from local restaurants. Some team leads gets many benefits, financial and non financial depending on the rapport they share with the local management heads....Read More

Don’t ever join this organisation! The HR recruits for one post and then appoints you in some other post, which is alien to you and then those team freaks are uncooperative in teaching you the process. They just wait for you to make mistakes, so that they can create an issue out of it. One can only survive here, if one butters people like Nasir Mondol, the head of embroidery production and his immediate subordinates, and the production head, Kiran. Kiran won't hear any objections against Nasir, or about Ruchika, who is the embroidery sampling head. And even after repeated complains to the HR, Moumita Halder, regarding the bullying and harassment going on, no solution is provided. And then she will be furious when you leave abruptly.
