It is a great organisation which enables a fresher to learn a lot and kick start a good career ahead, condition being you would need to do effort from your side also. Whichever team you go, you will get everyone is ready to help. One can have great mentorship if you are lucky. If you wish to join as experienced then you will be at benefit because you will be getting a good package. I like the fact that the company encourages you to have a proper work life balance. The company culture is great too. It helps you cope with difficulties in work and people management is also good. Some other things which I liked are Skill development and learning new skills - Providing facilities for WFH & Covid kits - Salary on time - Foreign clients are helping and they appreciate work
