I had a few complaints in the beginning when I joined the company but once I got settled here, everything went well for me. Always remember that everyone has to do some hardwork to prove themselves in the beginning no matter which company you join. But once you're settled, there is no going back :)

I am surrounded by kind people, all of them seem to be very supportive emotionally, nobody forces in doing in anything, but does make sure things get done somehow. In terms of skill development accenture does provide lot of learning resources. salary benefits are comparatively better than most service based companies
