As far as earnings is concerned, no issues at all - they do not keep even a penny. Learning, very often they arrange the respective trainings. Culture, Job Security and growth it's up to an individual how one manages.

Initially i was taking care of West of India n then was moved to Abu Dhabi. All went well but again they wanted me to move without giving enough time for the reason not concerned to me

No work life balance at all. No structure in the organization. Everything lies with owner of the organisation and your designation is just rubber stamp who dosent have any value even if you show perfomance. Once everything is grabbed from you then there is no need of yours and they sack however forced you to resign
