It's depends on higher management. I was there from starting to 11 years. When ED was changed, whole system changed, hard working were happy. But unfortunately ED has to leave due to politics.

Dislikes

Chamchagiri of higher authority.

Job security - Poor
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Some time exciting when wok value evalated by seniors, some time boring when only chamchagiri was there.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
