Decision-making becomes one-sided, with no regard for input from lower level employees. A rigid and dismissive leadership style, especially from key figures like the CHRO, further deteriorates morale. In environments where few women are employed, biased leadership becomes, even more evident. If an issue arises, the male dominant management often sites with men without hearing both sides, unfairly, blaming women and pressurising her mentally.
