I dislike working hours, new recruitment occurs every 4 years depending on election due.to which people have to work continuously from 8 am in morning to 8pm in night because of work load, i have to travel 250 km daily to supervise work daily that is also hectic and contractors are nuisance thinking government job doesn't require quality but time has changed and we have to continously input efforts to supervise quality.
