Yes there are some things which are ok....like ..timely salary, flexible shift

, .... but there are some things which make even these 1-2 good things zero...like Aryanism, politics is there everywhere, but at here it is on beyond limit, bad working life, 24 hours*7*365, it is there every moment, when will it say anything.. rest you all are intelligent....what will you say about a company which has done mass firing 2 times in 5 years...first these people will pick up people who are established in good companies since 10-15 years...Then if they find someone from their area /state or the plant is set up, then they start doing drama...what else should I say. Nothing is special to mention. Founder is very good. In starting of global pandemic, There was no single impacted decisions about compensation and benefit towards employee.

Organization culture build by their employee not by company. People makes company but when these people don't resemble with practical issue and everyone is doing job because every individual wants to save his job at any cost then ahead towards degrow.
