Job Description:
Position: Key Account Manager (Ecom)
Function: Revenue
Level: Assistant Manager/ Manager
Areas of Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce, Q-commerce & Amazon Strategy
- Develop and execute the D2C, marketplace (Amazon), and Q-commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.) strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize sales performance across platforms.
- Align business goals with digital commerce operations and ensure revenue targets are met.
2. Amazon Store Management - Manage Amazon Seller Central & Amazon Advertising to optimize sales.
- Oversee Amazon SEO, PPC campaigns (Sponsored Ads, DSP, etc.), and product rankings.
- Improve Amazon Buy Box win rate and A+ content optimization.
- Monitor seller ratings, reviews, and customer experience on Amazon.
- Track and manage Amazon fees, commissions, and profitability.
3. Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Q-commerce ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Optimize ad spend across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Amazon Ads to improve ROAS.
- Implement retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Work with the marketing team for influencer marketing and organic brand visibility.
4. Online Store & Quick Commerce Platform Management
- Oversee D2C website (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and Q-commerce platform listings.
- Ensure real-time inventory sync across Amazon, Q-commerce, and D2C platforms.
- Optimize Q-commerce operations for fast-moving SKUs and demand fluctuations.
- Negotiate with Q-commerce platforms & Amazon for better visibility, margins, and promotions.
5. Performance Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Track and analyze e-commerce & Q-commerce KPIs, including: o E-commerce & Amazon: Conversion Rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, CLV, Buy Box Percentage. o Q-commerce: Order fulfillment time, stock availability, SKU performance, SLA compliance.
- Use Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Reports, and ad platforms for insights.
- A/B test landing pages, product listings, and ad creatives.
6. Logistics, Fulfillment & Operations.
- Coordinate with warehouses & delivery partners for seamless fulfillment.
- Manage Amazon FBA/FBM inventory to maintain high IPI (Inventory Performance Index).
- Ensure on-time fulfillment & SLA compliance for Q-commerce platforms.
- Optimize inventory planning based on demand forecasting.
7. Customer Experience & Retention
- Improve customer reviews, ratings, and Q-commerce feedback.
- Implement loyalty programs, personalized recommendations, and CRM strategies.
- Optimize the returns/refunds process across Amazon, Q-commerce, and D2C.
8. P&L Management & Vendor Negotiation
- Manage the e-commerce & Q-commerce P&L to ensure profitability.
- Negotiate vendor contracts, Q-commerce commissions, and Amazon ad spends.
- Identify new product opportunities and category expansions.
9. Tech & Automation
- Use AI-driven pricing, chatbots, automation tools, and ERP integrations.
- Ensure smooth integration of OMS (Order Management System) and fulfillment tools.
10. Compliance & Data Security
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, Q-commerce terms, and taxation (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Implement data security and privacy measures for customer information.
Profile:
Qualification: Graduation and MBA would be an advantage.
Experience required: 4-5 Years.
Industries Preferred: Beauty/Personal Care, Wellness & Fitness Industry and Consumer durables.
Reporting to: Ecommerce Head.
Location: Mumbai (Andheri East).
Work Mode: Full Time.
Working Days: 5 days a week.
