Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Worst transport service, they will pick you hours before even you stay just 24 km hours and total duration for travel is just 40-50 mins moreover weird transport roaster and Transport team behave like BOSS and you know BOSS is always right hope you get it.
