Likes

Worked as Staff accountant. There is nothing to like avout the finance team!! The manager conducted the interview in marathi and cones to office in toilet chappals

Dislikes

Manager doesn't know difference between bank recs and book Keeping. ONLY for old team members appraisal they have got rid of the new employees. Doesn't know "E" of English also. He gets depressed when he loses 2 bucks in dream 11. Finance department team is bunch of selfish and greedy people. Those 3 people including manager wont get jobs anywhere apart from GTT.

Work Details

Pathetic team and pathetic team members..they expect you to know everything from day one and there is no training plan no direction just start work without any instructions. And get rid of that person to save old team members appraisal

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
