It all depends in which team you are. GTT is good for freshers. Top level management is good. Policies are recently revised hence they are much much better now. Skills wise you learn a lot in first 6 months but again as I said team matters. 80% of the teams DO NOT have morning shifts but working from office in night shifts is reallyFUN. Take it positive or negative way "If you are highlighted infront of Management than only you get promoted ". Appraisals- Fake Hopes are given to retain you and its covered later stating No Budget. Its not project based work, Its all on ticketing which puts you down after some span.
