Worst management, they just behave like school teachers nt at all professionals I felt like going to school everyday. We need to cl management and seniors as mam only it's strict rule otherwise they make an issue for that aslo, no growth better not to join

Salary hike is not given on time that's the main thing. No transport facility when it is in Nanakramguda. It's very difficult to go to there.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Don't run the company by only one man,give at least minimal freedom /power to take such decisions to respective department's lead persons ,don't keep all authority or power within one person and always waiting for his approval at least as like bloody Govt office. don't give false promises to employees that you will get all benefitsthen later deducting their salary without any information.
