Very bad company to work. Top management is technically very poor . Highly polluted workplace and company is taking no steps to tackle. Working in plant is like a slow death.Also lot of accidents happen here.

Lot of politics in work place. Currently those who are in big positions,they dont allow others to grow. Top management is very foul mouthed and talk and shout like illiterates.

No job security,can fire you for very small reason. Very poor process safety. Top management pressurise to get work done..top management is very very poor technically..so for every fault new comers are blamed..so only there is always vacancy here.

Company is good but middle management is not good , No scope to lerning , travel policy is excellent ,job security is not there ,the nobody is not taken carrier growth from Ap and telangana . Satisfactory level is very poor

Front line executives facing many issues in market but its was dont know in corporate office Customers are not satisfied front line sales person are not able to clear few issues . So many times front line sales people said to zonal level officers reagarding issues in mraket but dint take any action against to issues of market .
