There is nothing good about this company and people of this company. Management is highly toxic to new people. New people are only recruited as a scapegoat for failure and mismanagement by already established people.

Dislikes

Top management do not come out of their cabin and never visit plant. All top people are BSc qualified and are technically very very poor, so they basically hate chemical engineers and for very small fault they are punished. Plants are highly polluting and lot of accidents takes place. Process safety is very poor and management does not spend money on safety. HR people are very bad and arrogant, they even monitor number of cup of teas you drink. Job security is very poor, within an hour notice you are asked to leave company. I have seen they terminated a production head once without any reason....Read More
