Likes

Open minded and cooperative environment with a lot of focus on employee comfort. Friendly teams and sympathetic managers.

Dislikes

Their documentation could be better. They are improving consistently though.

Seniors are cooperative. No such work load all over the time. They provide salary on time. Even in Covid they provide full salary.

Dislikes

Starts with beginning, they provide my joining letter after 8 months after so many efforts. PF deducted by company but doesn't approve KYC of it. No salary slip provided by the company. During projects they hold you for work even 9 to 10 hours a day but doesn't provide overtime which is also a bad thing. No answers from HR dept. whenever asked for these above things.

Work Details

I joined here as a fresher that's why they harass me and others fresher too. I also see that whenever an experienced one hire they provide all the documentations to them but not to freshers and they were like- Salary slip lekar bhaag gye toh.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Working at GSL was great a experience including work environment, professionalism, skills and level of performance accuracy.

Dislikes

Dislike is nothing because all colleagues and seniors are very supportive and professional.

They are growing so intially allied benifits were not available but i think they will be provided once they establish themselves
