Where do I begin No support HR team is actually stupid No amenities Seniors will treat you like trash The company's work culture is stuck in the 90s Appraisals are only done if you have a good relation with the HOD your work does not matter. No Employee Growth as Company prefers favouritism and Nepotism No job security at all for Performing Person No Appreciation from leaders or management Bonus and LTA are part of CTC and also not paid Company delays while paying things to employees like; Bonus, Appraisal, LTA and others
