It was my first job and I couldn have asked for a better working environment all my senior co workers were friendly and ready to help with any doubts I had. And for my T.Ls and not jus my Team Lead all the other T.L a were ready to clarify any doubts we had and were approachable regarding any concern that me or any of my other colleagues had.

Dislikes

I don have anything that I dislike as far as I was there I loved my job and the environment no dislikes or complaints from my end.

Work Details

At the start it was jus basic editing and working on images and uploading and later on was moved to working on tickets which was quite challenging than were I started and it's a mix some days are relaxed and some days are hectic during our peak time.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
